Required Skills- Ability to speak and understand English and communicate effectively Required
- 2 years
- Professional business office experience - 2 years - Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
- 1 year-Experience with travel management
- 1 Year-Experience preparing reports and correspondence
- 1 Year-Experience scheduling meeting rooms and take meeting minutes
- 6 months-Experience with answering and transferring calls
- 6 months-Experience with Fed Ex
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience working with Work Force systems-Highly desired
- Experience working with AHCA Clearinghouse-Highly desired
- Email Daily Muster to Patricia.
- Process Administrative Fine Fed Ex
- Weekly/biweekly Maintain LOGS,
- Monthly Travel Record all travel Updates/Log
- Work Force = Update director change, email change, ect.
- Clearing House = Look up BGS to assist Specialist & Supervisor
- HHS Summary Report = This report is due on the 1st of every month
- Law Enforcement Report = Law Enforcement inquire report for Family/ Daycares information
- Screen and transfer Calls.
- Maintain Documents & Log System on Share Drive Up to Date.
- Voicemail & Emails check throughout the day.
- Complaint Intake.
- Prioritize work assignments as required.
- Interview Packets, Schedule meeting room
- Providers Training Certificates, Register List Meeting minutes, (assign by Supervisor)
- Knowledge of general office procedures and practices.
- Knowledge of correct grammar usage.
- Knowledge of basic arithmetic.
- Ability to prepare reports and correspondence.
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work activities.
- Ability to develop and implement office procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to review data for accuracy and completeness
- Ability to perform basic arithmetical calculations
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with others.
