Field Administrator
The Field Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support, customer and company relations, and facility management. This role is crucial in ensuring that area billing, reporting, and day-to-day office operations are organized and functional. The Field Administrator will work closely with the Area Supervisor and play a vital role in supporting field construction management and crews.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure area billing, reporting, and day-to-day office operations are organized and functional.
- Provide support to field construction management and crews as required.
- Assemble and maintain final job packages for handover to billing team.
- Identify issues and escalate them to management as necessary.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Essential
Skills:
- Demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- High commitment to achieving goals and tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Additional Skills &
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or higher preferred.
- Administrative Experience preferred.
- Experience in the utility or construction industry is a plus.
- Basic billing experience.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High School diploma.
Work Environment:
The role is based in a corporate office environment with a business casual dress code. Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 5/6 pm and a half-day on Friday ending by 2-3 pm. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Pierce, FL.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
