Bi-lingual Concrete Laborer

Pay Rate: $18/hr

We are looking to employ a concrete laborer to be responsible for designing and building forms, pouring concrete, then spreading and smoothing it using trowels or other tools. You may also be required to apply stains to finish the concrete, adding small stones for decoration, and concluding the process by applying waterproofing and sealants.

• Assist with the setup and dismantling of concrete forms, rebar, and other materials.
• Mix, pour, spread, and finish concrete for various construction projects.
• Operate power tools and hand tools including saws, vibrators, screeds, and trowels.
• Prepare construction sites by cleaning and removing debris.
• Smooth and level surfaces using various finishing tools.
• Follow proper safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist concrete finishers and foremen with tasks as needed.

• Previous experience in concrete or general construction labor is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with concrete tools and equipment is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Must be a team player and take direction well.
