Support students' communication growth in newly constructed or established school environments, working with collaborative and welcoming site teams.

Multiple roles are available, serving one to two campuses, all on-site, ranging from preschoolers in VPK through high school seniors. Assignments match your expertise and preference, including brand-new K-8 schools, bustling high schools, or innovative special program units (ASD, VE, InD, EBD). Collaborate with fellow SLPs, SLPAs, and broader educational support teams to deliver creative therapy solutions. Schedules are full-time (35 hours/wk) with structured workdays during the academic year (Aug 5, 2026 - June 1, 2027);

some part-time or maternity leave coverage roles are available.

What you bring:
  • Active SLP licensure for Florida, ASHA CCC required
  • School-based SLP experience (K-12 strongly preferred)
  • Excellence in collaborative work, communication, and innovative therapy planning
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload across ages and exceptional student needs
  • Completion of fingerprinting and time-sensitive onboarding documentation
  • Flexibility and commitment to on-site service
What you'll do:
  • Assess, plan, and deliver individualized/group speech therapy for assigned caseload
  • Work alongside educators and student support staff to foster a positive academic environment
  • Contribute to IEP team meetings, data collection, and progress reporting
  • Engage with parents, caregivers, and the school community
  • Support smooth transitions or coverage when needed (e.g., maternity leaves)
If you are excited to shape students' communication successes in a supportive, coastal Florida setting, seize this opportunity. Apply today to connect your skills and passion with a school community eager for your expertise!
