What we're seeking:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid and current state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Experience conducting student assessments, developing IEPs, and supporting special education processes
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Organizational abilities to manage documentation and multiple student cases efficiently
  • Familiarity with standard psychological and academic assessments used within educational settings
Day-to-day responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and interpret assessment results
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling and intervention services for students facing academic, behavioral, or social challenges
  • Offer crisis intervention and consult with school personnel on student needs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to advocate for student success and recommend appropriate services
  • Maintain detailed, timely records in compliance with school and district policies
