Assembly Technician Position:

Position Summary:
The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling boats based on specific construction orders in compliance with takt times. A variety of tasks are performed to build the components of each boat, requiring the use of both power and non-power hand tools.
Responsibilities/Duties:
* Apply high energy, self-motivation, and initiative to learn and be trained in various types of equipment and processes.
* Ability to use high-speed pneumatic/battery powered tools (drills, drivers etc.) and hand tools safely and effectively.
* Must be able to read drawings and specifications.
* Ability to perform job functions safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment while wearing all required PPE and following safety policy and hazardous material guidelines.
* Must practice good housekeeping by keeping work areas clean at all times.
* Other duties as assigned.
