Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

• Support and guide nursing operations & staff performance

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards

• Drive quality through policies, procedures & care standards

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs

• Champion training, onboarding & ongoing staff development

• Enhance patient satisfaction, safety & outcomes

• Current RN license (state of practice)

• Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field preferred

• Proven leadership or management experience

• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines

• EMR proficiency and excellent communication skills
