Position: Travel CVOR Registered Nurse - Operating Room (RN) in Fort Pierce, FL

Schedule/Hours:
  • Travel assignment with a competitive, flexible schedule-detailed assignment hours provided upon inquiry.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
  • Active and unrestricted RN license (state eligibility required)
  • Minimum of one year of frontline CVOR experience
  • Additional experience in an Operating Room (OR) setting required
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
  • Strong clinical judgment and adaptability in fast-paced surgical environments
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert perioperative nursing care during complex cardiovascular surgical procedures
  • Ensure a sterile and safe environment in both CVOR and OR settings
  • Monitor patient status, respond promptly to emergencies, and ensure high standards of patient advocacy
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to promote optimal outcomes
  • Assist in postoperative recovery and detailed patient documentation
