The primary responsibility of the Warranty Repair Technician is to repair or fix any issues that may be reported by an owner or dealer.
Responsibilities/Duties:
* Fair and Finish repairs for final gel coat application and match new finish to existing gel coat.
* Spray gel coat, wet sand and buff to match new finish.
* Spray nonskid gel coat.
* Repair stringers and bulkheads.
* Able to de-rig the electrical and hydraulic systems in the console as well as throughout the vessel.
* Ability to troubleshoot and replace basic 12-volt electrical items, such as lights, horns, switches, batteries, chargers etc.
* Ability to perform job functions safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment while wearing all required PPE and following safety policy and hazardous material guidelines.
* Must practice good housekeeping by keeping work areas clean at all times.
* Other duties as assigned.
