Front End Service Team Supervisor

Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per hour

Hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns/refunds, and carry out financial transactions. They must assist customer questions and needs, and the role may require standing for long periods.
