ResponsibilitiesIn conjunction with the medical plan of care, independently performs systematic and continuous assessment of the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families; plans and implements appropriate interventions; and evaluates effectiveness and adjusts the plan as indicated in a timely manner to provide safe and effective care.
Schedule:
Full Time Days.
Current Registered Nurse license in the work state or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state in the nurse’s state of residence.
