Overview

Domino's Pizza is looking for a General Manager to oversee daily operations, customer service, inventory and financial controls.

• Manage all aspects of store operations during shifts, including cost controls, inventory, cash management, and customer relations.
• Set a positive example for staff and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, scheduling, marketing, profitability, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain a perfect store image and brand standards.

• Experience operating all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients, prepare products, and process telephone orders.
• Perform inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Maintain daily cleaning of equipment and facility.
• Undergo orientation and on‑the‑job training.
• Strong communication skills: written instructions and verbal customer service.

• Perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) quickly; use a calculator when needed.
• Provide accurate monetary change.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone order processing skills.
• Fine motor coordination for fast, accurate movements.
• Use computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.

• Standing for most tasks; walking short distances.
• Seated paperwork at a desk when needed.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds for deliveries (cases of ingredients and supplies).
• Carrying items such as large cans, pizza sauce (up to 30 lbs), and pizza trays (12 lbs each).
• Pushing and pulling trays on dollies; climbing stairs and ladders for maintenance.
• Forward bending, squatting, and reaching at various heights (up to 72 inches).
• Finger, hand, and wrist coordination for dough handling, pizza cutting, and box assembly.
• Exposure to varying weather, temperatures 36°F–90°F, hot surfaces, and food odors.

• Deliver product to customers by car; use insured vehicle.
• Deliver flyers, door hangers.
• Safe driving record and valid driver’s license required.
• Navigate complex addresses and adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings.

Other physical actions such as bending, stooping, and hand tasks are integral parts of the daily workload.
