TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead our Permanency team, guiding case managers and support workers in helping children reunite or achieve permanent homes. A relevant advanced degree is preferred; otherwise a BSW with four years of direct service and licensure suffices.
You will coordinate with courts and other agencies to ensure comprehensive services, while promoting staff development, advocacy, and excellent service outcomes for families.
