• Oversee daily operational activities and report directly to the President.
• Assist with staff efficiency initiatives and procedure implementation.
• Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, and general personnel support.
• Coordinate travel and schedule related to Arkansas market operations.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the financial or insurance industry.
• Proficient with Applied EPIC; experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or banking sectors is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and a customer‑service orientation.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Arkansas.
• Must pass a criminal background check, consumer credit check, and drug screening.
