Training Assistants – Agents Operations Command job at Dynamis, Inc. in Fort Smith, Arkansas. This position supports the National Nuclear Security Administration’s (NNSA) Office of Secure Transportation (OST/NA‑15).

Security

Clearance required:

Current DOE Q or DoD Top Secret.

• Perform general office duties: filing, faxing, typing, record keeping, preparation and distribution of mail, document staffing, telephone answering and forwarding calls.
• Perform Records Management; administer and maintain Qualifications and Training Systems; maintain training records for resident Federal and Contractor Training Staff.
• Maintain individual training records for the AOC Federal Agents and staff as appropriate and input training/qualification related information into the Qualification Tracking System for approximately 80 personnel at AOWC (Albuquerque), 150 at AOCC (Amarillo), and AOEC (Oak Ridge).

• Two to three years of administrative experience.
• Certifications/Qualifications include Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.

Minimum Education:

HS Diploma or higher.
