Job Description
The Student Worker, Customer Service and Administrative Operations is responsible for a variety of office procedures which varies by the department in which the student worker is employed. This position offers some flexibility when working around the student's class schedule.
Responsibilities- Maintain communication between service center personnel and internal/external customers.
- Perform and prioritize various administrative tasks with little or short notice.
- Multi-task and pay careful attention to accuracy and details of the work.
- Audit invoices and review documents.
- Maintain a positive attitude in a fast paced, highly intense work environment.
- Work in a team setting to accomplish the department goals.
- Other duties and projects, as assigned.
Education:
- Must be a student, actively working towards a degree.
Computer
Skills:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Additional Requirements:
- Must have excellent customer experience and organizational skills.

Work Hours:
- This is a part time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.

- Minimal (0%-25%)
Compensation:
- This is a hourly position paid weekly.
