• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to dealership management.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the finance and service departments to streamline the sales process.
• Recruit, train, and develop new sales staff members.
• Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Stay current with automotive industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Familiarity with automotive sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
