Product & Gifting Specialist

This is an on-site, full-time position located at the company’s headquarters in Fort Smith, AR.

The Product & Gifting Specialist will oversee product development and gifting strategies while collaborating with internal teams to enhance product offerings, support sales processes, and ensure exceptional customer service standards. This role works closely with our sales, account management, and marketing teams to research, source, and order custom promotional products, print collateral, and decorated apparel that help clients effectively promote their brands.

Responsibilities include managing and monitoring project workflows; creating estimates, presentations, and purchase orders; and working directly with suppliers. The Product & Gifting Specialist will also develop custom promotional campaigns for clients, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, analyze market trends, and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.

• Proficiency in Product Specialist responsibilities, including understanding product offerings and ensuring product quality.
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate market trends and customer feedback.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with teams and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Knowledge of Sales strategies and techniques, with an ability to support the sales team effectively.
• Familiarity with the sports and entertainment industry is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Three years' experience in Product Management, Promotional Campaigns, Client Gifting, and/or Marketing.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
