The Informationanalystusescomputersandsoftwareprogramstoassemble,trackandanalyzeinformation.
Thisinformationcouldberelatedoperations,maintenance,quality,engineering,or transportation.
Thispositionisresponsibleforgatheringinformation,designingdatabases,publishingreports,usingstatisticalanalysisandmakingrecommendationsbasedoninvestigations.
- Maintain/developdatabasescontaininginformationfromvarioussourcestomeettheneedsofthe
Operations
Team. - Develop Share Pointsitetomanagereportingwithinmultiplelocations .
- Generate reports/analyticsusingdatacontainedinthedatabases.
- Create Power Bireportsthatperformstatisticalanalysestounderstandtrendsinvariousoperatingvariables .
- Workwithoperations,maintenanceandengineeringtoidentifypotentialareasofopportunity.
- Collaboratewithmanagementtoprovidereportingandanalysis.
- Transformthestatisticaldatainvariousformats(excel,access) intoPowerBI
- Otherdutiesasassigned.
- Analyticalmindsetwiththeabilitytointerpretdataanddrawmeaningfulinsights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel ,Power Pointand Power BI
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateaminafast-paced environment.
- Strongorganizationalskillsandattentiontodetail
- Strongfinancialacumen,including in-depthfinancialanalysisandresultingimpacttobusiness.
- Expert-levelanalyticalabilityusingproprietaryandsyndicateddatasources.
- Experienceestablishingthisrolewithinasalesorganizationispreferred

Education and/orExperience:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Ag Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. Industrial manufacturing experience is desirable.
LanguageSkills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and the general public.
MathematicalSkills:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
ComputerSkills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software;
Internet software;
Inventory software;
Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
