* What you will do:

* + Champion a safety-first culture, including stop-work authority to maintain a safe work environment.

+ Oversee production output and quality, making adjustments to meet specifications, improve efficiency, and resolve performance issues.

+ Maintain a clean, safe work environment that reflects world-class standards.

+ Lead employee performance in safety, quality, attendance, and overall job effectiveness.

+ Build positive employee relations and support a high-performance team culture.

+ Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and equipment.

+ Improve team and departmental quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

+ Supervise staff to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to standard.

+ Operate within established budget requirement.

** What you will Bring:*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field with 7+ years of progressive manufacturing experience preferred; candidates with an Associate degree and 9+ years of experience, or equivalent relevant manufacturing experience in lieu of a degree, will also be considered.

+ Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

+ Demonstrated leadership ability; well-developed oral and communication skills.

+

Demonstrated proficiency in supervision of multiple processes.

+ Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma preferred.
