What you will do:
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field with 7+ years of progressive manufacturing experience preferred; candidates with an Associate degree and 9+ years of experience, or equivalent relevant manufacturing experience in lieu of a degree, will also be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership ability; well-developed oral and communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in supervision of multiple processes.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma preferred.
