Your role and responsibilities:

Support in development and ensure communication and implementation of Global SCM strategies. Improve areas such as Indirect Materials & Services, Transport, Trade & Logistics, Strategic Sourcing, Process & Excellence, Finance, Risk Management, and Supply Base Management. Ensure implementation, maintenance and compliance of assigned Supply Chain Management activities and initiatives.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Supports implementation of SCM standards, tools and processes for MONM to include SCMIS Reporting, Conflict Minerals, Sustainability and Regulatory Demands on SCM.Analyzes data needs to identify best solutions and implement improvements to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and value for the SCM Organization.

Create, maintain and refine weekly reporting on PPV, COTD, SPPM, Spend, Compliance and drive “information” from the data files

Maintain data files and support activities for Supplier Conflict Mineral Compliance, Reach, ROHS or any related activities

Qualifications for the role:

Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years OR Associate's Degree with minimum 7 years experience in supply chain, finance or IS related experience.

Technical Capabilities in:
Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), SAP and Power BI (preferred).Good listening and communication skills with the ability to turn requests into reports and processes quickly.
