Regulatory Compliance Officer
The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal regulations related to alcohol production, inventory reporting, and domestic/export shipments. This position manages required documentation, maintains accurate records, supports audits, and works closely with operations, bottling, processing, and material handling teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met. The role specifically supports compliance with Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) regulations.
Regulatory Documentation & Reporting Prepare and maintain required regulatory documentation for domestic and international shipments. Complete and process TTB documentation for in-bond bulk and case goods shipments. Maintain accurate records related to export shipments and regulatory filings. Prepare export proof-of-delivery documentation within required deadlines. Complete monthly export reconciliations and compliance reporting. Maintain supporting documentation required for regulatory audits. Assist with drawback documentation requirements related to exported products.
Inventory & Manufacturing Compliance Maintain accurate bottling production, processing, and material handling inventory records. Review inventory records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist with researching and resolving discrepancies between operational records and regulatory reports. Support month-end reporting activities.
Cross-Functional Support Work closely with Regulatory Compliance, Operations, Bottling, Processing, and Material Handling departments. Assist the Regulatory Compliance Manager with compliance projects and initiatives. Support internal audits and continuous improvement efforts. Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory integrity throughout operations.
Administrative & Analytical Duties Maintain spreadsheets and databases related to compliance tracking. Analyze data to identify discrepancies or potential compliance issues. Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel. Communicate effectively with internal departments and leadership.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, Logistics, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
Equivalent Experience Considered:
Candidates with strong manufacturing, documentation, export, inventory, or compliance experience may be considered without a four-year degree. Required Experience & Skills Ideal
