Conti Federal Services is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on a high-profile project in Fort Smith, AR. You will work with the Project Management team to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and profit objectives while maintaining client relations.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory construction experience in federal projects, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office 365 and Primavera P6. Travel/rotation is required as described.
