U-Pack Operations Analyst

Job Description

The Operations Analyst provides customer service through collaboration and creative problem solving. This position also investigates root causes of service failures and works to prevent further issues.

• Attend all appropriate Departmental and Division-wide meetings as needed.
• Answer customer phone calls and emails.
• Communicate and work with ABF service centers to ensure customer needs are met.
• Determine and provide some monetary and non-monetary compensation.
• Be well versed in The Companies' values system and communicate them effectively.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide exact and reliable information and consultation.
• Document customer contact and dialogue in notes.
• Work in a team setting to accomplish corporate, departmental, and individual goals.
• Work with other personnel, both internal and external to the department, to ensure designated projects are completed.
• Identify system improvement needs and work to implement them.
• Reroute shipments as needed.
• Personalize solutions based on customer needs.
• Other duties and projects, as assigned.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferred;
  Experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Experience: Prior customer service experience, preferred.

  Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, preferred.

• Work Hours: Generally, between 7:00 am - 7:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
• Occasional Saturday Work.
• Expected start date: April 1, 2026.
• Travel Requirements: Minimal (0%‑25%).
• Compensation: This is an hourly position paid biweekly. Variable compensation is included.
