Position Title: Customer Service Support Specialist I
Location: Fort Smith, AR (Onsite)
Position Type: Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Openings: 1
Position OverviewWe are seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist to provide front‑line support in a retail office environment. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service both over the phone and in person. The role also provides administrative support to the regional office team and assists internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and direct incoming calls via telephone switchboard
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule and book appointments
- Provide administrative support to the regional office team
- Support internal staff and prospective customers as needed
- Maintain accurate records and data entry in internal systems
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Word & Excel
- Bookio
- Salesforce
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience (phone and in-person)
- Experience supporting customers in a service‑oriented environment
- Proficiency in general computer applications and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
