Interactive Resources LLC. is looking for a Customer Service Support Specialist I in Fort Smith, AR. This position involves providing front-line support in a retail office environment while offering excellent service to customers over the phone and in person.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, a high school diploma, and proficiency in general computer applications including Microsoft Office.
This is a contract position with a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
