Location:
Fort Smith, AR - 72903 (Onsite) Duration: 3 months Contract Interview: 1 round in-person
Work Schedule:
Mon - Fri, 9 am - 9 pm, Occasional Saturday 9-2
Contract Duration:
Strict 3-month contract from Oct 1st – Jan 15th.
Role Overview:
Front Desk Customer Support Representative responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing support in a fast-paced environment.
Tools & Systems:
Experience with Bookio/Salesforce/Outlook preferred but not mandatory as they will be providing training anyway. Manager specifically highlighted Salesforce usage; candidates with Salesforce familiarity will onboard faster.
Domain
Experience:
Healthcare background is not required; open to candidates from other industries.
Front
Desk Duties:
- Handle appointments and inquiries.
- Support payments via self-service kiosks.
- Must be quick, active, and efficient in managing tasks.
Appearance Policy:
- Uniforms are provided.
- Visible tattoos/piercings (nose, eyebrow, etc.) should be covered.
Interview Process:
- May include Zoom or onsite interview(s).
- Could be 1–2 rounds, depending on manager's availability.
