We are seeking a friendly and professional Service Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining, transportation, and events.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly and efficiently.
• Manage guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and services provided.
• Ensure the concierge desk and surrounding area are clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Stay updated on hotel services, promotions, and local area information.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service or concierge role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

This position typically requires standing for extended periods and may involve working evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
