Join Our Team as a Patient Experience & Community Relations Coordinator
Valley Urgent Dental is looking for an energetic, outgoing people-person to become the face of our practice!
This is much more than a traditional front desk position. We're looking for someone with a contagious personality who loves meeting new people, building relationships, and creating exceptional experiences for every patient who walks through our doors.
What You'll DoWelcome patients with warmth, enthusiasm, and a smile.
Answer phones professionally and confidently while creating a great first impression.
Schedule appointments efficiently to help keep our providers' schedules full.
Build relationships with patients that encourage trust, loyalty, and referrals.
Represent Valley Urgent Dental in the community by visiting local businesses, schools, and organizations to introduce our office and distribute marketing materials.
Help coordinate community outreach events and promotional opportunities.
Support the team in creating an upbeat, positive office culture where patients feel valued.
