Role: Full Time Dental Hygienist responsible for providing patient-centered dental care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities: Support clinical team, deliver preventive dental treatments, perform patient screenings, and maintain accurate medical histories. Support the practice’s success through exceptional customer service and clinical expertise.
Qualifications & Skills: Current dental hygienist license in AR, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene, CPR certification, and knowledge of dental procedures and patient documentation. Experience with digital tools and a desire for ongoing learning are preferred; new grads are welcome.
Key Duties: Perform dental hygiene procedures, assist with patient education, and support clinical needs as required. Maintain compliance with safety standards, including TB testing.
Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations, sit/stand for extended periods, lift up to 45 pounds, and attend training sessions. Commitment to maintaining a safe environment is essential.
