We're welcoming a permanent Hematology‑Oncology physician to join a well‑established, hospital‑employed oncology program in Western Arkansas. This program is experiencing significant and sustained patient demand and is focused on long‑term growth, sustainability, and retention.

• Predominantly outpatient Hematology‑Oncology practice with clinic and infusion‑based care
• Approximate mix of 60% Oncology / 40% Hematology
• 15‑chair, hospital‑staffed infusion center directly connected to the clinic
• Strong APP support, including clinic‑based APPs and PA support for inpatient rounding
• Minimal inpatient responsibilities, limited to occasional consults
• No formal weekend call | Rare emergencies
• Access to tumor boards and clinical collaboration through UAMS
• AI documentation support in place to reduce physician documentation time
