The facility operates as a Level III Trauma Center and Certified Stroke Center, featuring 27 acute ED beds and 6 fast track beds with strong partnerships including 18 full-time integrated hospitalists.

Opportunity:
Physician - Emergency Medicine

Job Details:

• Provide emergency medicine coverage for 30-35 shifts per month with flexible scheduling

• Work various shift times ranging from 8 to 12 hours based on provider availability

• Handle approximately 2 patient encounters per hour in a 50-bed emergency department

• Work in a Level III Trauma Center with Certified Stroke Center designation

• Collaborate with 18 full-time integrated hospitalists for comprehensive patient care

• Utilize 27 acute ED beds and 6 fast track beds for patient management

• Must be board certified or board certification eligible

• Required certifications include ATLS and PALS

• Must hold Arkansas medical license or be eligible for IMLC

• 24-hour support services available include General Surgery, Laboratory, and Radiology

• Facility includes L&D department but newborn deliveries are not received in ED

• Expedited credentialing process available

Compensation:
