Summary ofJob Duties
Teach in one of the following subject areas as assigned:
Computer Science concepts, Programming, Cybersecurity, Software Development, Artificial Intelligence, Web/Cloud Development.
This is a pool position. Applicants will be contacted as positions become available. The position reports to the department head/program director/dean who assigns responsibilities regarding student needs and course outcomes.
QualificationsRequired Education and/or
Work Experience:
Qualifications of instructors teaching in the classroom for both lower and/orupper-level courses leading to an associate or bachelor’s degree requires a master’s degree in the discipline or related field with a minimum of 18 graduate credits in the subject area. Courses leading to a master’s require a doctorate degree. Adjunct faculty with a clinical assignment must be prepared at the level required by accreditation. Instructors in occupational and technical areasare generally required to have a minimum of an associate’s degreeand related work experience.
Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for part of these requirements.

Prior teaching experience.
