The role operates on an hourly basis with 4 hours per week, coordinating with classroom teachers and the Homebound/Hospital Program staff to deliver targeted lessons.
The teacher will work with parents and students at agreed locations and times, implementing strategies aligned to IEP goals and assisting in the transition back to the classroom.
