Managers – Continuous Improvement

Kohler Co. seeks Managers – Continuous Improvement for its Sheridan, AR location to drive Continuous Improvement in the Site, Lean Manufacturing principles aligned with KOS, the Kohler Operating System. Set direction for short- and long-term Continuous Improvement plan for the site. Lead activities to resolve problems and continuously improve production flow with a focus on True North. Train and mentor CI Team and Site Leadership to institutionalize Lean Manufacturing capabilities, demonstrated by hands-on and coached application of robust process improvement methods.

Own the development, and achievement of Site’s Continuous Improvement Roadmap’s, and champion the activities to progress maturity in the 7 elements of KOS, Operating Culture, Safety, Environment, Quality, Production Flow, Materials Management and Asset Reliability. $99,300-$152,900/yr.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3 years of experience in the job offered or in an Industrial Engineer-related occupation
