• 7+ years of success selling Applied HVAC, Building Automation Systems (BAS), controls, or integrated building solutions.
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree strongly preferred.
• Experience calling on consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, building owners, facility managers, and design-build firms.
• Strong technical understanding of chilled water systems, airside equipment, controls integration, and building automation.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, consultative sales cycles from specification through project award.
• Experience managing project financial performance and P&L responsibilities.
