Job Description

We are opening applications for the role of Controller at our North Little Rock, Arkansas location. This role is integral to our construction industry operations, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial management of construction projects.

The salary range will be $80,000 - $120,000 strongly dependent on experience DOE with the opportunity to be an active partner in the leadership team!

• Monitor financial and non-financial performance of projects, identifying potential efficiency and effectiveness issues.
• Generate, analyze, and present financial reports to communicate financial status and opportunities to the management team.
• Provide financial insights and analysis for strategic decisions, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Participate in setting annual budgets and periodical forecasts with the management team.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and manage external audits.
• Oversee the design and implementation of internal control systems to ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall department goals and objectives.
• Ensure all project activities and financial transactions align with company policies and procedures.
• Lead efforts to increase the operational efficiency of construction projects.
• Play a key role in business planning, forecasting, and budgeting efforts.

• Proficiency in 3M
• Experience with Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Knowledge of CRM
• Understanding of Accounting Functions Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Auditing skills
• Familiarity with Budget Processes
