ABFCU Member Services Representative

The Member Service Representative (MSR) is responsible for providing exceptional service to credit union members by accurately processing financial transactions, identifying member needs, and recommending appropriate products and services. This position serves as a trusted resource, helping members achieve their financial goals while ensuring compliance with credit union policies and procedures.

• Greet members in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier's checks, money orders, and account maintenance
• Resolve member questions and concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist members with online and mobile banking as well as other remote services
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accuratetransaction records
• Ensure compliance with all federal regulations, credit union policies, security procedures, and confidentiality standards
• Assist with routine operational and administrative tasks as assigned
• Support branch goals by delivering outstanding member service and contributing to a positive team environment
