Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in the long-term care/rehabilitation setting. This interim position is expected to be approximately 16‑24 hours per week, with an anticipated start date of September 1, 2026, and a duration of 10‑12 weeks. Additional PRN opportunities may be available following the interim assignment, if desired.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation
- Complete MDS assessments and care plans
- Monitor weights and nutrition risk
- Participate in nutrition at‑risk meetings
- Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits
- Onsite visits completed during weekdays
- Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required
- Active state licensure or certification, as applicable
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Long‑term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
- Criminal background check
- TB screening
