• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to turn ideas into functional, beautiful user experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with user needs and business goals.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate and improve designs.
• Contribute to and help maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across products.
• Stay current on UX best practices and bring fresh ideas to the team.

• 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI design (in‑house, agency)
• A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful UX design, strong visual skills, and problem‑solving ability.
• Experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, InVision, or similar.
• Basic understanding of front‑end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with accessibility principles and responsive design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills — you’re a team player who can take feedback and run with it.

• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of design thinking and user‑centered design practices.
• Any UX certifications (like NNG, HFI, etc.).
