Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain ALIS and MPE platforms, ensuring high availability and performance for JSF operations.
- Monitor system health, perform routine backups, and implement data integrity checks across mission planning databases.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to minimize downtime.
- Apply security best practices, conduct vulnerability assessments, and enforce access controls to protect sensitive mission data.
- Document system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures for audit and knowledge‑sharing purposes.
- Proven experience administering ALIS or similar mission planning systems.
- Strong knowledge of database management, backup strategies, and data integrity techniques.
- Hands‑on expertise with Windows/Linux server environments, networking, and security protocols.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
