Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Linux and Windows servers supporting the ALIS/MPE platforms, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
- Design, implement, and monitor SQL database solutions, performing regular backups, tuning, and integrity checks.
- Configure and troubleshoot network components (firewalls, routers, VPNs) to support secure data flow between field and headquarters.
- Collaborate with application teams to deploy patches, updates, and new features while minimizing downtime.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident responses to support compliance and audit requirements.
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration, database management, and network support.
- Proficiency with Linux (Red Hat/CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Strong SQL skills, including performance tuning and backup/recovery strategies.
- Experience with ALIS or MPE platforms and related security protocols.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.
