The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including staff management, workflow coordination, and customer service excellence. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can cultivate a positive team environment, drive operational efficiency, and ensure the branch meets its performance and sales goals. The ideal candidate will be proactive in implementing strategies that support business growth, enhance productivity, and uphold the company’s commitment to outstanding customer service.
EssentialFunctions & Responsibilities
- Direct all operational aspects, including inventory, warehousing and distribution operations, customer service, administration, and sales at the branch
- Supervises Sales Associates, Counter Sales/Drivers, and Dedicated Driver/Warehouse Associates as appropriate for branch size and location
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Meet goals and metrics
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
- Bring out the best of the branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation in partnerships with Human Resources and Corporate personnel
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Share knowledge with other branches and corporate on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
- All other duties as assigned by the Keeling Company Leadership Team

- Clean Motor Vehicle Report provided by the Department of Motor Vehicles
- A BS in a technical or agricultural field is a plus. High School degree required
- Product certifications as required and provided by Keeling Company
