Position Details- Title: Production Worker – 2nd Shift
- Location: Fort Smith, AR
- Shift Time: 4:30 pm – End of Shift
- Department: 146 – Production Worker
- Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour
- $1 per hour weekly attendance incentive
- $1 per hour night shift premium
- Pay increases at 30- and 90-day milestones

- Two personal days per year after 90 days
- Set up and tear down workstation and line as required
- Sort and grade product; make and bag finished product
- Pack bagged product into boxes; tape and label boxes per customer specifications
- Scale boxed product to required weight
- Maintain a safe sanitary work area
The role requires standing for extended periods, walking, reaching, and regularly lifting or moving 25‑40 pounds. Employees may be exposed to wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, extreme cold, high or precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather and extreme heat. Noise levels are typically loud. This is a safety-sensitive position.
