A leading food manufacturing company is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead initiatives that enhance productivity and engage all employees in process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing with experience in CI strategies and Lean principles. Responsibilities include implementing corporate standards to lower production costs, developing metrics, and facilitating training. Candidates with Lean Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
