Production Supervisor

• Follow all required PPE guidelines (safety glasses, cut-resistant gloves, EH-rated safety shoes) and work safely around industrial materials such as sealants, thinners, and coolants.
• Read and interpret SFD, special instructions, TDRs, manufacturing instructions, and diagrams to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Operate lifting equipment and tools, including lift trucks, overhead cranes/hoists, hand tools, and pneumatic tools.
• Perform physical tasks such as repetitive pushing, pulling, and twisting of parts up to 50 lbs., and assist in other areas as needed.

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
