Chemical Blender/Operator – Fort Smith, AR. This role is a key part of our growing organization and offers the opportunity to make a real impact within a dynamic, collaborative environment.

• Transfer base resins to make blends in process tanks to proper specifications by following procedures and instructions.
• Maintain logs, paperwork, weighing and measuring chemicals/additives associated with making batches.
• Dispose of all hazardous and contaminated refuse per plant procedures and ensure hazardous waste shipments comply with government laws and regulations.
• Safely handle liquid and solid raw materials, utilizing personal protective equipment, and follow established safety protocols.
• Use scales and measuring devices to make proper additions to batches for color or tinting.
• Manually add bags of raw materials to base resin batches and control temperature and mixer speeds according to procedures.
• Safely drive a forklift to move drums and pallets, perform daily checks on the forklift, and maintain logs of forklift activity.

• High School Diploma with basic high‑school math and science skills.
• Previous chemical manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs continuously; perform physical activity and heavy lifting (30–75 lbs.).
• Experience operating pumps, compressors and mechanical equipment.
• Will complete on‑the‑job training and be certified to drive forklift trucks.
• Ability to work a 40–50 hour week (4AM start) with some overtime and Saturdays if required.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets; SAP experience desirable.
• Willingness to wear PPE: full face respirator, hard hat, steel‑toe footwear, eye protection, gloves.

Starting pay: $20.86 per hour. Comprehensive benefits program includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance and disability benefits, highly competitive 401(K) plan with 3% employer contribution and a 100% match on the first 6% of employee contributions.
