Now Hiring:
Experienced MIG/Flux Core Welders – Temp-to-Permanent | 1st or 2nd Shift | Fort Smith, AR. We are seeking highly skilled and dependable welders for a key client in Fort Smith. We’re looking for experienced professionals who can work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results.

• Position: MIG/Flux Core Welder (Temp-to-Permanent)
• Location:
  
  Fort Smith, AR
• Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift (Full-Time) 10 hour days, Every other Saturday
• Pay:
  Base $16 to $18

• Minimum of 1 year of welding experience
• Strong proficiency in MIG and Flux Core welding (required)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
• Experience with layout, fit-up, and final fabrication
• Ability to work independently without constant oversight
• High level of attention to detail and strong work ethic

• Verifiable work history in welding and fabrication
• Must pass a drug screen
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site

This is a temp-to-permanent position through a staffing agency, hiring on behalf of a well-established client.
