This Position reports to:
Production Supervisor
- Motor Lacing & Assembly Support:
Lace motors using machines and hand techniques; assist with related tasks such as connecting and sleeving to support production needs. - Technical
Skills:
Read and comprehend diagrams, instructions, and manufacturing documents via Shop Floor Display; understand flex flow and day/rank systems. - Quality & Communication:
Produce defect‑free products that meet specifications and goals; communicate with team members and supervisors, and manage materials and tools effectively. - Safety & Teamwork:
Prioritize safety, maintain housekeeping, work overtime as needed, and cross‑train within the team to support various departmental functions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Six months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
- Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
- Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
